I have been here about 10 times now, and I have never had a problem. I've ordered ahead each time and it was always... ready on-time and the order was always correct! Even through renovations (the inside looks amazing now!), I felt the customer service remained friendly and efficient. You even get loyalty points, so I usually get a few dollars off my order which is awesome. As others have stated, you also get 15% off your first three visits which makes up for a lot of the tax! I believe you can also refer friends and get a percentage off. I was surprised to see several negative reviews which was why I felt the need to write this! Last time I was there (about 5 days ago), all of the employees were SO friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and appreciated for my business. Staff is split with good and terrible. A lot of undertones, but the amazing part is how they mysteriously go to back... and say they don’t have your confirmed order. They sell defected product & This is also not the first time this happened. I came here last month and paid for a full... gram cartridge and it was leaking & when I came back 5min before close the security refused to let me in the fallowing week I was doing work outta town so I got stuck with that cartridge and now almost A month later I come in and buy a half gram and it has the same issue I go in and try to get it switched out and they refused to told me to send a picture of the cartridge to an email and that someone will reply to me soon but now I have two broken cartridges. So you can take my money sell me a defected product but can’t refund me or at least replace the DEFECTED product you sold meread more

Just went in with my boyfriend for his birthday where we spent a pretty penny on merchandise, the second we got out to... our car we checked her products and one of them literally looked like it had a bug in it. We brought it back in to where they said to email the back of the receipt and the cost when we can return it and we’re no help whatsoever. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and I will never go back after the way I was treated today. I placed an... online order for 4 sqeeze on sale for 5 bucks apiece. I placed the order and it was accepted at the 5 dollar price. I just happened to look at the menu again and noticed the price was back to $25.00 apiece so I called to check . The person that answered said she couldn’t check my order because it hadn’t been pulled yet. I asked her to at least check the price. she said $25 apiece and she still couldn’t check my order . I asked to speak to a manager and was told there’s none available. I demanded to speak to a manager and was told the same thing. I’m a cancer patient. I use these products to eat but I’ll never go back to this dispensary even though it’s the closest to my house.Now I just got a text saying it’s ready . I placed the order for between 11 and noon and got confirmed at 11:48 . And I still don’t know the price !! The place is a bad joke at best lately.read more

What a sad turn for the worst. This place was great, even two weeks ago! The staff were friendly and the curbside... attendants we're quick. Now they're under construction with no markings to indicate the patient parking is on the other side of the building. I called the building to ask and the lady was so aggressive on the phone I felt guilty for being confused. Absolutely horrific.It's all about the staff. With friendly staff, people will be much more forgiving about any complications... Slowest service that I have ever experienced at any dispensary. Staff stands around and talks with eachother when the... line is literally out the door. One employee with a pink hair I believe her name was Natalie had an argument with a customer. Persisted to argue with the customer in the waiting room and then went back to the cashier room and continued to talk about it. At this time the line was out the door. Very unprofessional, and regardless of who was right or wrong it is disheartening to see a customer talked about like that. I literally waited 40 min when there were 5 people in front of me. I never leave reviews and was debating leaving one when I was waiting. Once I realized what the wait was about andsaw the way the young lady treated and talked about a customer. Ever since Curaleaf has taken over, this dispensary has been horrible. Smoked mirrors so you don’t know when you’re supposed to enter, no security to do their job outside like they used to, leaves nothing but confusion. Then you get attitude from the door people for their own messed up system.Don’t go when it’s raining. It flash flooded and they let the woman checking id’s at the door with the task of directing traffic, including dispensary workers trying to lay sandbags at the very last minute.No point in ordering online as you’ll still have to wait in line behind a walk in, while they take the 10-15-20 minutes to go over the menu.The only discernible point of authority was a woman in the backroom needlessly double checking everyone’s order when the bud tender leaves to retrieve it.Change management again because I won’t be back. I've been coming to this dispensary since it was Windy City and I am SO PLEASED with the store!!!!! All of the staff... are so lovely and polite. The cashier who rang me out today was Anthony, and he was so friendly and helpful. He even gave me a couple pins/lanyards! Pickup is so easy with online ordering, and the lines are NOWHERE NEAR as bad as they used to be hahaha. They used to be from the door out into the parking lot and around the building! This was my first experience at a dispensary and I’ll tell you what if they are all like this I will be back. The staff... was very readily polite, friendly and, very informed. New owners Curaleaf are not stocking Medical. Since they have taken over they have become a Recreational Dispensary.... They do not stock RSO or other Medicinal goods. I have called, They don't care. Big Biz Screwing the people that made their industry possible. On top of that they make you place an order, then wait two hours to pick it up. I've never been more uncomfortable and rushed in any instance than at this place. Everything has a sale tag on it for... what it's worth at normal retail. Super high prices, unfriendly and unknowlegeable staff. Check-in was handled messily and didn't set a friendly atmosphere at all. I came in with someone and was rushed out of the store as soon as my order was placed, only they were able to stay inside regardless of me having part in this purchase. Some improvements and upgrades are needed plus those holes in the medical curbside parking lot are going to damage a car. People saying they were scammed or that the prices were jacked up on them simply did not realize the criminal 35% tax... on marijuana products. When you order something online for pickup, they give you the retail price before tax so make sure whatever you buy you multiply your total by 1.35 to know what you'll actually have to pay. That said, I've purchased from here probably 100 times with no issues. I can't give them 5 stars since wait times are a little long, and I can't get behind allowing medical patients to cut the line (of course if they are actually ill they should be able to cut but lets be honest, for 90% of med card holders they are just using it as a fast-pass like at disney world).read more

Good service and I haven’t had a negative experience until my most recent visit. I purchased some flower, a cart, and... a vape battery, which I was unable to charge. I was visiting family and had forgotten to bring any other batteries with me, but when I arrived home, I tried that battery with other chargers before switching to another I had on hand. The charger which had come with my most recent purchase worked perfectly with my old battery, but nothing I tried would get the new one to charge.Granted, they’re relatively inexpensive, but I’m disappointed that they wouldn’t bother to ensure they work before selling them.read more

Nothing but low level scam artists. You're told one price online and asked to pay a price that is more than 50% more than what you were told. And they never know what you ordered online even if you make the order online. They have no system whatsoever and you'll wait more than an hour no matter how many people are in line. A wonderful experience with great people to help out while in the store. Super friendly and courteous staff especially... Robert ( Bob), Nick and Rocky. Parking available at the Waters Edge golf course parking lot, at 115th and Harlem. Preordering online is the fastest , and most efficient way of obtaining any of their products. Military Veterans receive a 10% discount with proper DD214. Each time I visit the Worth store the more I am impressed by how they take care of their customers. There's all sorts of rules they have to follow, and what this particular location does well is follow their procedure... to the letter, which maintains fairness, and have employees that are both friendly and helpful. My experience was pretty good. This was my 1st time at a dispensary. I went 1/3/20. The staff answered my questions and... took their time with me. Parking was not great as I had to park a block away in a separate parking lot. Also a lot of items were sold out, which was disappointing but not surprising. My biggest problem was with the security guard. She had a bad attitude and was purposely moving slow to let people in as if she was trying to make it so few people would make it in before closing. She was also very nasty to my dad who was with me who has a disability and was out in the cold with me. And acted like she didn't want to let my dad in to use the restroom. Nor did she want to let my dad in with me even though he was purchasing for me and not himself. Everyone in line noticed how rude she was. I haven't been back because I don't want to deal with that type of nasty behavior. I wouldn't be surprised if she chased off other good customers too.read more

After standing on the... street for half an hour, was told at the counter that they didn't have my item and they had a lesser product.How do you confirm an order then try to switch it at the last second. Overall the place is great, menu selection is quality for medical patients and they do a good job of running the... inside. It seems like they take care of medical patients as well as they can here but when it comes to recreational it isn't... like most places where you can even see what your buying or the people showing you the menu have no clue what the product is(most seem like they have never tried it). They said on day one they would need to save enough for med card holders but basically tried getting more to buy them making it even harder for them to even put anything good on the rec menu when you see they have so much saved for people with symptoms I have but don't pay for a card hoping things change when more shops open. So far it's been a month and a half and I haven't once seen one of the MANY strains I want to try for sale. On a weekend all they will do is put whatever is not selling up for sale just to say they have flower... And people buy it no matter what it isread more

Finally got into this place, didn't have much inventory, no flower but had edibles and carts. Staff was cool, they took... my order at the intake when checking for id, was seated and waited to be brought into the back where a budtender explains what products they have and what they do, and how to take em. Halfway through the process entire staff was informed Kobe Bryant had passed. Then you pay for your goods and your on your way out. Read the fine print. Beware the bait and switch. They rarely have bud in stock for recreational purchase. The web site... will say they have it. Then wait in the cold for 30 minutes but it is only cbd. Convoluted process. Lost my order in the 30 minutes I was waiting in the third line if the day. Not really that great. Over priced and very long and cold wait. Quality was exceptional just over priced. A boring... experience as well. Not being able to see what you get also was disappointing because you basically have to guess and go with what is offered. Or actually much higher than black market street prices i have never in my life heard of a black market dealer charging 60 bucks an 8th that's ludicrous i can't even imagine what they are going to be charging their recreational cannabis customers.read more
