Great dispensary with online reservation system for recreational users, cannot be easier!I think that people who put 1 star are just not smart enough to figure out how to use this online system. When it comes to customer service, these guys are the best! Cooler heads have prevailed since Jan 1st, and they've been able to stay open every day and take care of the medical patients. There's always security, inventory, and a smile on every employee's face. Critics are not thinking through how complicated launching a new product is in an entire state that's heavily legislated. Every day will get better!read more

Great staff and the selection has something for everybody. Makes you feel very welcome and are very quick. Definitely prepared fore recreational surge and still had preference for medical card holders. Wonderful dispensary.read more

I see a lot of reviews saying how long they had to wait. I couldn't even get in the door. I looked at the website one day it said it was sold out. I looked at it the following day and everything was restocked and available at the store. I get to the location at 8:52 and see 5 people in line with two security guards in front. They tell me their done for today. WHAT! Done for today? I'm done with that place already and haven't even went inside. Next time you decide to open a cannabis dispensary with months of time to prepare in a big city that just passed the law for recreational use make sure you have everything ready and organized. You been open for a week and already got a 4.0 rating. I can only see it declining from here. Best of luck. P.S also think about a better way of putting information out instead of making people follow your social media outlets.read more

We switched my husbands dispensary to 33 while up in the area for medical care for stage 4 colon cancer. I emailed them with questions and got a quick response for them being so busy with all the new rec customers. We then went in and we did not wait at all. We got lucky I guess. The staff was extended knowledgeable. My husband has trouble communicating what he wants sometimes but this guy was on it. And my husband was really happy when he left. He took his time with us. I did not feel rushed at all. Took time to answer our questions and made the experience really great for going to a new dispensary for the first time.read more

I’m still gonna give this place five starts BUT I feel like day 1 of recreational use day could have been handled better for patients with med cards. I got lucky and got in but I saw plenty of people show up and ask if there was any line or way card holders could get their stash. I over heard a woman tell a security card that she hadn’t been able to get there in a while because she’s been sick and this was the first day she could get out to get her medicine. The security guard shrugged and sincerely looked uncomfortable and don’t blame him. It’s not his job to organize. He was doing what a security guard does. Securing the area. That job fell to the organizers and honesty they dropped the ball for a lot of loyal patients. Because consider this, prior to legalization it was the medical card holders that kept your doors open and not only that for us it isn’t like a cool or fun thing or recreational. I mean it is but it also serves other serious purposes. Another thing that couldn’t be helped is the timing on the patients part. Like the woman I mentioned earlier. She physically could not get there until the first. And for me I get paid once a month so the soonest I could get there was on the first. Neither of us had any interest or excitement. We just wanted our meds. I sincerely believe a separate station and system should have been developed for card holders. Had I known you wouldn’t do something like that I would have offered my services and developed a better system. I’m not even joking on that. With a month to plan and logistics and funding I would have easily given you a system far superior than the one we all crashed into on the 1st. Anyway, I don’t want to get too negative and give the wrong impression. I’ve been with them a year and they’ve ALWAYS taken care of me. This is my first medical dispensary and I don’t see any reason to ever leave it but to be fair, you guys let us down the other day. Peace ✌️read more

I checked in at 12:05 pm and was told 2-3 hour wait to get the text so that I could line up to shop. Fast forward to 8:07 pm and I receive a text telling me thanks for wasting an entire day but we aren’t going to be able to serve you. While speaking with other people that checked in before and after me they were also all told only a 2-3 hour wait. I will NEVER spend one dime in this store and I am telling anyone and everyone I know and anyone else that will listen to do the same. That was done purposely because they were tracking when we checked in and when they were calling people to come back so they knew damn well there was no 2-3 hour wait. That’s no way to treat your customers which is why I will not be one of yours.read more

Very unorganized my boyfriend and I came from Racine Wisconsin and checked in at 1 pm and we’re told our wait would be about 4 hours until we revive a text letting us know we can get back into line . so we went down town and did what we could to allow time to pass , to only come back after the 4 hours and waited another 3 and a half hours at the hot dog shop next door and still didn’t receive a text . We over heard other customers complain about the same wait times and decided to ask a staff member how long we were going to be waiting . the staff member informed us that they would be closing at 9 pm and some people who arrived and checked in at 7 :30 am had not yet received their second text message to get back In line . At this point we were unaware it would then take several hours after you received the second text message because you had to stand in a line miles long. There was poor communication and misleading wait times had they have been honest we could have went to other dispensary’s around the Chicago arearead more

None of their staff has a clue what is going on I was told at 11:52 when I checked in and gave them my number to wait for my text to purchase recreational marijuana only 3 hours I would have to wait it's now been over 7 hours. If the staff new anything about organization they would let their customer know when they come in to purchase recreational marijuana that there is a 10 min Time limit because they have lines of customers waiting but not even that was going on . And on 3 note I wasn't even let known if I don't get it today can I still have my spot for the next day or what do I get for staying here and waiting for 7 hours.plus they are taking New check ins already and they are still not even done with the people that has been waiting for hours and hours are the people that check in for tomorrow going to have to wait as long as I did? And after waiting for 9 hours after I got the text I was told they are over capacity after waiting all day to purchase recreational marijuana. This place was and is by far liars for what they did to me and the others that have been waiting all day to purchase recreational marijuana don't give a specific time and tell your customer that it was only going to take 3 hours to get in when in all reality I waited 9 hrs for a message to tell me you were over capacity when someone from your staff should of been outside letting people know what was really going on. You guys are trash and very poor customer service so now that this place ruined my experience I will not purchase recreational marijuana anywhere in the city of Chicago get your priorities straight and don't just say anything to customers if you don't know the correct answers.read more

Where to begin. I am a connoisseur with 15 years of smoking experience. I also have experience cultivating and processing. I was (formerly) a patient of this clinic, however they did absolutely nothing to ensure medicine would be available for patients on January first. Nor did they give any indication that they would be turning away patients on Jan 1. Because of this, I have decided to switch dispensaries.Additionally, their product offering is very limited and occasionally your “budtender” will appear too stoned to work.read more

I used to love this place , until they decided that they would pull certain products, like all the good stuff, so they would have enough supply for the start of recreational marijuana, that decision spits in the face of all the medical patients who have spent thousands of dollars keeping these places afloat, for that reason I'm taking my thousands somewheres elseread more

This place used to be great, as of recent few months ..not so much. I have a habit of finding something that works for me and then they never have the product again. The staff currently can be a bit annoying...lots of hovering. No explanation of difference in strains or uses. I finally gave up after multiple times going in, finding nothing that works and leaving. Sad supply. Just transferred to another dispensary which has much more product, more engaging staff and super helpful without being overbearing. Choose your dispensary wisely.read more

Definitely reccomend this dispensary, they know their own products and very specific. They are very gentle talking to customers, been here almost 7 months no problem. They sell very nice quality. Parking not bad, street parking and one waiting park zone.read more

On a busy 4/20 day such as today, I made a mistake with an order I placed. I don’t know who the person’s name was who assisted me, but after I left the building and returned to exchange some items on my order, he was happy to accommodate me. It meant a great deal to me and to all who were involved with accommodating my exchange, it was very refreshing considering how busy the agency was today. The staff at D33 rock. Very limited selection. Clerk was nice for my first visit. Went there today and they were closed. Nothing on their website about being closed. No signs on the door or anywhere. Someone came out and said they are closed because of tomorrow? Would have been nice if they would have posted on their website so you don’t waste a trip. Time to change to a better dispensary.read more
