My caregiver and I were delighted meeting Brandon at our first visit to the Wheeling Hatch on Lake Cook Road on Friday, July 16. Hatch was out of the strain I came to buy, so Brandon asked which qualities I was looking for besides pain relief. He found something with practically the same terpenes. I was in a bit of discomfort and Brandon processed the order quickly. He was friendly and concerned, with a great sense of humor throughout. We were both impressed at Brandon's knowledge of terpenes and strain origins. We look forward to coming back to Hatch and seeing Brandon again.

It's the security guard with a scruffy beard that's always joyous and receptive, it's the great musical choice by whoever is on aux, I suspect the owner, it's the great customer service...it's the beautiful store design and open displays. Other places feel clinical, this dispensary isn't. I wish Illinois didn't have terrible taxation and pricing for weed, or that this place was medical, but it is what it is and IT is awesome.

Pre-ordered 5g of concentrate, since they had an excellent sale on it. Had Morgan as my budtender. She took care of the transaction very quickly. Before I left, I said I was curious about another product, that was new on their menu. She hadn't tried it, so she asked everyone else working. Nobody had tried the sugar, but a few liked the flower. It was very nice of her to ask around like that. Great service!

Best dispensary in town. They care for their customers and listen to defective product complaints. Only had it happen once, but unlike other places, Hatch heard me out, gave me a reasoning, and a credit to ease the salt in my mouth.On top of this, they have a wide selection across all brands and their employees know more than any other dispensary I’ve been to! Sunnyside feels like an assembly line, Hatch is just as quick but with that added touch of care.

The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and can help you find whatever you're looking for. I enjoy coming to this location. They have 5 kiosks to place orders, A lounge area and an amazing supply of pieces, accessories and so much more. They have an awesome rewards system in place. As well as aeropay, which allows you to prepay if you place an online order or if you go in person. They offer a variety of discounts and sales for certain items, as well as being a medical patient, veteran or senior citizen. 100%recommend

I was used to waiting outside and when finally inside people and music so loud I couldn’t really have a conversation with a bud tender, but really needed to because I had specific needs I wanted met. It was a horrible process and waist of probably hundreds of dollars.At Hatch I walk in and yes, there is some great music always playing, but never too loud. The way the location is set up, I’ve never had to wait in a long line. The bud tenders are such knowledgeable, compassionate, funny, caring, wonderful people. You can tell they love what they do and they have helped me find great products that fit my needs.I cannot forget to mention Andrea. I cannot rave enough about her and how she has helped me. I was just in today and had a great conversation with her. A couple months ago I came in and had some questions because I knew the effects I was looking for, but only had a limited knowledge base relating to what to look for. When I explained what I was searching for Andrea knew exactly the product that was right for me. She turned me on to a brand and strain I had never tried before and it helped me exactly how I needed it to (Spoiler it was Florida Orange by Revolution). Every time I come in I look for her because I trust her opinion and adore her enthusiasm. Her smile is contagious (she’s very good at smiling with her eyes, since we’re still all in masks) and I know I can have a fulfilling conversation about marijuana with her, asking any questions or stating specific needs and being given a genuine opinion on what would work best to get the desired effects.Thank you Hatch. Thank you Andrea. Thank you to every employee that works there. I wish I could convey my appreciation better than tipping and writing a review, but until I figure that out, this review will just have to do!

Have been coming here for a while, although I hate the ridiculous Illinois taxes I will stop by here occasionally. They have good deals here and a great rewards program that I am a part of and love getting my extra discounts. Ordering online is so easy and they are close by me so convenient! Staff is always nice. They also always have some kind of deal goin on and they offer veterans the same discount as medical. The shake options are a great deal and not in any way “steamy.” You pay for the good quality, and of course the safety of the product as well!

I called a few days later and I had explained the situation and in less than a minute he assured me they would refund/credit/exchange the purchased item. Besides the tax, which isn’t their fault. Their prices are pretty much the best I’ve experienced in IL. I miss cali prices so much 😭That being said, the dispensary itself is growing as a place and it’s growing into an AMAZING place. But I come here 2-3 times a week. A big part of that is because a few of those workers are just The absolute BEST! Soon, you are so dear to us! He will go above and beyond to help you in any way he can. Also, and i haven’t gotten his name but he has Red hair and I think he’s in a managerial position but he is also absolutely amazing. They both have so much compassion and they have Always gone above and beyond.And theres a couple women in there that are so sweet and kind, and they also above and beyond. And that's after I corrected the salesman on his math error so he wouldn't be short on his register. They should screen there employees better. It seems incredibly genuine.One negative and one negative only. The price. But, that's not them being greedy or anything. That's just the state of Illinois dispensaries. It's pretty similar pricing to everything around me. Hopefully if it becomes legal federally, the prices will go down.
