Inventory Associate – Acreage Holdings – Freeport, IL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the fulfillment, tracking and inventory of materials and products in compliance with the State of Illinois rules and regulations, the movement of products among the Cannabis Cultivation facility and Dispensaries, and the data tracking management systems to accomplish these tasks.

The successful candidate will possess a passion for organization, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to fine details and a willingness to continually learn more about this unique industry.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory of all Cannabis products by conducting daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of Illinois.

Track sale of all products as they leave the facility.

Ensure tracking logs for Supply Chain are accurately documented.

Conducts regular duties in a manner that demonstrates clear understanding and importance of inventory controls.

Properly maintains their area in Biotrack as product enters and exits department.

Immediately report any discrepancies to the Supply Chain Lead, escalating to the Supply Chain Manager for further action if it cannot be resolved within a 24-hour period.

Timely and accurately completes order fulfillment, labeling nd packing according to supervisor direction.

Performs quality checks on all orders prior to final delivery.

Assist Supply Chain Delivery team when needed which may include occasional ride along with Delivery Drivers.

May support other departments when need arises.

Other duties as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control or related area.

Additional Qualifications:
Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically with Word and Excel

Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs

Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize

Extensive math skills required for inventory, projections, measurements, calculations

Skill in managing physical resources (budgeting, inventories, equipment, materials)

Ability to focus; Strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate clearly and calmly

Ability to remain calm in periods of high stress or unusual activity

Ability to maintain confidentiality and absolute reliability and honesty

Physical Requirements

Extended time standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing ladders

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet

Close visual focus required

Must pass a state and FBI Background check (state mandated)
