This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. The selection is... great and the atmosphere inside has a chill vibe. Their soundtrack was awesome and made me wanna just hang out for a bit. The price is the best part, in all of Chicagoland this has to be the cheapest place. The establishment stays clean and orderly. The staff is eager to assist when needed and are generally knowledgeable... about the products. I'm a newer med patient that only uses edibles and topicals and there's typically a nice selection of products to choose from.I prefer to get in and out so I love that you can order ahead to see your price (with discounts) beforehand and choose a pick-up time. Pick-up has been speedy for me as a med patient so far. I love that the location is near major streets as well so people can get there easily using public transportation.read more

I love this place however, sometimes it a hit and miss with their customer service. One day you can walk in and the... cashiers are nice and friendly with good manners. Other days the cashier won’t even say thank you have a nice day. For example today I went and the black lady with short twist just had the most unfriendliness attitude. Do better! So this Mission dispensary location does not allow you to use your points on the day you acquire the points. I was told... I have to return the next day to use or utilize my points. Where do they do that they don't do this at the Torrance Avenue location. With the price of gas at the pumps in March 2022,who are you to tell me to come back to your establishment to use my points. This location keeps getting the gas face in my opinion. By the way I've been shopping at this location for well over a year and this new policy is at the manager's discretion like I said a minute ago GAS FACE🙄🙄🙄 I'd rather go to the Torrance location and they will be acquiring my business more often than mission on Commercial Avenueread more

Anytime I find something I like, it's gone by the next time I come in. The staff honestly do their best to be helpful, but even they can't combat lacking inventory. Shopped here for 2 yrs today there is a hurricane about to wipe out my family living in new Orleans. What a great experience!From pulling into their own, amply sized parking lot, to receiving my flowers and my receipt,... 10/10.While walking in, I had noticed, they have staff available for curb side pick up. And I mean attentive staff. They portrayed body language of some who knows the who, what, when, and most importantly the how to conduct a professional transaction.Entering the establishment, be ready with a photo ID. (And during Covid restrictions, bring a mask) The staff at the door (see:anti-chamber) was quick, courteous, and polite, keeping everything moving, but also making sure that the people are who they say they are.Upon entrance to the display floor, I was in awe. From the historic timeline painted on the wall, to the opportunity to experience a variety of choices, it had it all. It was great. Soon after I had stopped at one of the kiosks, I was greeted by one of the floor staff to ask if I had any questions or concerns. The very knowledgeable gentleman quickly and easily answered most of my questions. But I had too many of them.So, this being 2021, I was greeted with a handy data pad to use. It was very user friendly from someone from even my generation to use. It answered some of the technical questions of what I needed to know and also how to place the order that I ended up putting through. One thing to note is this is a cash only business, but they do have an on-site ATM that's very user friendly and has low (and I mean LOW) user fees. (They could easily price gouge here but they don't.)After the order was put through and processed you then just have to find a place in line or wait for your name to be called. This happened faster than I would have expected. Wait time is almost zero. I'm sure there could be exceptions during busy hours and or if you have a custom order which I don't know if there is such a thing.Overall I had a great experience, will recommend Mission Dispensaries 100% of the time.read more

I've been checking these guys out for a few months. They're like 22 miles away from my home so I haven't been able to... find the time to head out. Well I found myself within 3 miles of them last Saturday. So glad I checked them out. The hostess,( at least that's what I'll call her since I don't know the actual position name, ) was quick to greet me and was helpful with any questions. They had to nice deals going on too. This is my favorite dispensary in Chicago as a medical patient. They have fantastic discounts. The staff is friendly!... THEY LEARN YOUR NAME! This is exactly the opposite of Sunnyside. My only complaint, and it’s a big one is that they need to do a lot better with the sign at the door asking people to wait in two lines. Without staff standing outside it’s a complete joke. If medical patients really do have priority this is absolutely NOT the way to do it. Every time I go I have to get into it with people explaining they need to step back.read more

I came to get a 3.5 of a particular brand and he suggested another brand that was on promotion at the time. For every 250 pts, we were able to get $50.00 worth of free merchandise. When selling recreational marijuana began it drop down to $15.00.read more

Wow... I got a reward!!! I was so excited. Then I was told that I could not use it because it can on February 17 and... this was March 12. Ok... no visible expiration date. Mind you it’s Covid and I don’t live close but I go out of loyalty since I started there.Well, there are much closer places. His band leader snitched on him. From what I read, Armstrong told his manager that if he can't consume cannabis, which he saw as medicine and not dope, then he'll have to put his horn down. His Hollywood friends never heard of the word marijuana before his arrest and thought it was a new dance.read more

For my first time purchasing from a dispensary, this experience was as smooth as could be. Given the new safety... measures taking place, only a few individuals are allowed in at a time. Additionally, you must order over the phone prior to entering the building or you will be dismissed. Pricing is fair, the waiting staff is friendly but most importantly, those selling the cannabis know their stuff. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend Mission Dispensary for all your cannabis needs!read more

Upon entering the building, you are greeted by a few friendly faces, behind a plate-glass window... A person asks for... your ID, and you are then directed through another door to a 'waiting room'. I was immediately approached, and escorted to a third-and-final room, where I was introduced to another gentleman, who walked me through a kiosk hosting their very, very limited selection of goods, that can be seen via a small tablet... I expect this to change in the near future, as the Illinois' legal cannabis industy is just getting off of it's feet... I looked over the small display in front of me, and made my decision: An 1/8th of a high THC Indica dominant hybrid, and a .5g catridge of 'Death Star'. I was then sent to a que, to wait on my goods. Despite recreational cannabis becoming legal to purchase as of January 2020, this dispensary offered little information... for new customers. For instance, there is no product out and available for discussion or questions. All sales are captured on a tablet prior to standing in line and waiting for your items. The items themselves are already prepackaged, so be sure to know what you want to purchase before getting to the counter. In hindsight, I would’ve liked to have seen more products and knowledgeable staff speaking to the various strains and mediums available for purchase. However, they didn’t take themselves seriously and had puns and jokes at every turn, including this sign (see picture) in the bathroom. Also, if you get your ID checked 2-3 times before entering the actual dispensary floor, don’t worry, they have multi-levels of authentication and an ATM on site for cash-only purchases.read more

The lines are long but move pretty fast. Get there early! The staff are very friendly and almost everyone in line are... usually in a good mood( hell everyone's buying pot, they better be) and the prices are typical. Taxes are not as bad as I thought it would be. Place is clean and very professional. Although I will say there is no excuse at all for not having enough product.you people had plenty of time you knew how many people were going to want this product there is no excuse to not have thousands of pounds stock back there. The experience of this dispensary is not like it is in other states. You walk in and order the product from an iPad.... Then wait in line to pay for it and receive it. You don’t see the product before you buy it. They also limited us to purchase a total of 1 item. The product is expensive, and tax is included on top of that. The flower I got was pretty good though and the staff are nice people. . If I have a chance to see other dispensaries and the process is similar, maybe I’ll add a star.read more

The products are great, however they are not worth the attitudes of the employees. I have visited 4 times and each... visit was more unpleasant than the last. When asking the staff even the most basic of questions, you are instantly met with hostility and screaming. Although several of the employees are above and beyond, the handful that are awful are so awful, they make the entire experience unpleasant. A good business knows to treat customers with respect and answer questions they have in an informative manner. Until the issues with those staff members are resolved, I'd recommend saving yourself the trouble and finding a different dispensary. Unless you're into being screamed at, then by all means enjoy the terrible staff.read more

I had a great experience! It’s CASH ONLY. There is an ATM with a $2.50 withdrawal fee. The staff is polite. The lines... are long but it’s worth the wait. There is Vape products, flower, edibles, and accessories. Very clean. There needs to be more variety of flower! It would help if the buds were visible on the floor instead of on the tablet.read more

This is my 4th time hereI order a chocolate from the tablet... and as soon as I get to the desk they tell me it's out but they have this other type available. I say okay since they didn't mention anything about price difference. They ask me for 17 more than what I had pulled from the ATM. Because you guessed it the other chocolate was 17 more ..I told them next time they should mention that the chocolate price is different. One less star for a confusing menu and high prices with low flower supply.Most of the reviews from those who have... complaints are regarding prices because I remember waiting longer than expected for service and even got rang up twice for an item. But every time I was compensated and apologized to. I see people come in and act so rude to the staff and they just smile and take it. Mission has provided medicine to me with knowledge other dispensaries never gave me. It's so sad that people in this community find reasons to act so stuck up and rude, and wonder why eventually the staff responds accordingly.Just go elsewhere and learn some better grammar if you're going to completely slam a weed store. People make mistakes. Come January 1st these complainers like the Regina lady (who I have witnessed at the store myself)will be one of like 1000 people that will need personal attention. It's a blessing to have this location right around the corner so I can purchase a little everyday. I don't have the funds to just stock up. They work with my budget and reward me for referring friends.read more

Terrible process to enter the dispensary and the front desk "security" has such an awful personality very rude. I'm not... the only one that think this. But their no change they're system I see. They all about money in the end. You have a full door that can't be seen through but you want to make sure your guest are safe. The ATM is on the wrong side of the door, then where it need to be. Which make the process even harder to do. You can do call in order and the process will still take longer. They do not like Veteran.read more
