The staff are always so kind. They’re patient with a smile as well. I never have any problems ordering like I would trying to get fast food. I can use my communication cards with ease to order. I can see on the screen when discussing an order to assure I’m getting what I need. The entire venue is wheelchair accessible too as it’s all flat surfaced. The walls are not overly white anymore and it’s really amazingly designed. It’s easy to see inside as well as the products displayed inside. It’s like a little home and we’re all welcome to the family.

Every time I go in, I’m always greeted with a friendly smile. The workers are always so helpful and nice. This is probably the only dispensary I will go to now since they offer an awesome rewards program and great deals! Highly recommend

I've been coming here forever. The last 2 months my points havent been registering and I keep hearing someone will fix it, probably 5 times now. Never fixed. I drive an extra 20 minutes now to go to a different dispensary where the systems actually work. Hundreds upon hundreds of dollars spent here with no rewards.

I had an issue earlier today regarding stacking my discounts. I returned to the store after noticing only one discount was added and not a second one. Both store manager’s assisted me and they made things right. I really appreciate that. Everything we go into the New Era here in Pekin it's a lovely friendly environment. They are always chatty and respectful with us, and very informative on what there is to have. If you have questions they always have the answers. It's always got this soothing vibe to it. Honestly we visit them once or twice a week sometimes we go just for the people alone. Defiantly do recommend visiting in our home town of Pekin you will never leave disappointed!

Iv always loved this place. Come here very often for edibles and am always greatest with smiles and jokes. Today Sydney helped me and cheered me right up. She was very helpful and made sure I got the good deals I needed. Will always recommend this place. There's also this girl that usually has pink hair. A couple piercings. Sadly I don't remember her name but I LOVE seeing her when I come in. She's super nice and great at her job.

Don’t get me wrong I frequent this place quite a bit and every other experience had been a 5 star besides today July 13 at 4pm one of your three bedtenders(girl) had the most rude attitude I’ve ever dealt with at a dispensary quite disappointed after a lot of money has been spent thru you guys

Flower prices are really high compared to other dispensary's in the state. Concentrates though have pretty good pricing and have a good selection. People at the front desk who check your ID are very friendly. The ones behind the counter though seem like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. Also I heard one of them say nature's grace is good...........................He is either new, doesn't smoke weed, or doesn't care enough to give actual feed back. Nature's Grace is the "Reggie" of the recreational world. I've been to hundreds of dispensary's in the United States and can confidently say NG&W is the lowest quality weed I've bought. And I've tried everything from pre rolls, eighths, quarters, edibles, and concentrates all from them.

Nu era in East Peoria was closed due to technical difficulties, was sent to pekin and it was stated that MEDICAL patients would be served there until further notice. I showed my med card and was charged recreational prices. The manager I assume is a racist p.o.sThis place should be investigated for fraudulent transactions. They charged me full price for recreational when I’m a med patient. Go to trinity a better selection with friendly staff.

The staff always goes above and beyond! I had purchased a defective disposable pen and they are giving a full refund for a replacement! When I got ahold of them they immediately got back with me to remedy the issue! 10/10 so happy with their customer service! The products are always fantastic and the people are always cheerful and helpful! 100% my go-to store! As far as cost goes, the prices are on point if you ask me! It’s the state taxes that suck which is no fault of NuEra, so keep that in mind when shopping there! They have a great price point!

Only can get money from atm in 50 dollar increments. They accept debit but only in 5 dollar increments. I was having card issues trying to figure it out and I guess you can’t totally cool but do not need to be rude about it. You have one sign behind the counter. If it was a big deal there would be more signage I would think. Not too professional in my opinion

They are way too expensive. At least Trinity is cheaper and have better deals. I don't know why they have to price their products so expensively? They sell the same stuff as Trinity but they want to sell it for a higher price. I will never go back. Maybe if their prices were lower they'd get more business. 👎👎😠

This probably sounds like a need cheese with my wine but I explain. I not wanted a refund nor anything in return and I know what your guys signs say. All I'm asking for is that new procedure to be put in place so this doesn't happen to anyone else. If the percentage say 80.7 on vape and when the bud tender pulls it from the back make sure they are checking that they have the proper one. It costs way to much money for them not to check. Batches vary I know that. But if the new batch is higher they need to be Checking that. That way no one else has the happen. I'm an army veteran this is America I think we can do I better job. That all. You guys have a wonder place let's make it even better.

Nueras buds are way danker than the other two big guys saturating the state. Prices are reasonable. Location is great no more hour and a half drives for me. Try some of their LSD indica. Rock hard buds that are super tasty. Best sleep in a while and my injury wasn't aching.
