Considering how crazy everything is in these early days of recreational sales, I gotta hand it to their management for keeping it all together and staying organized. Only complaints about the line and no flower were not their fault. I also drove over from Decatur and once I got in there it was really professional and friendly. I also really appreciated how the tax is factored into the price on the menu. Would recommend and will likely more

I've reviewed here before but I'm doing so again, speaking as a medical patient after jan 1st 2020. I went in while it was very busy (rec wise) and I didn't have to wait any longer than I would've before the 1st. Shortages suck and prices have gone up, sure, but that's not on these guys. Good place with good people and good more

Look, I am from colorado so I am used to dispensaries. It's very clinical but all of there weed is some of the best I have had. In defense of the dispensary illinois is having a weed shortage because while the legislature legalized weed they didn't expand there cultivators. Would go more

I'm a medical patient and just switched my dispensary this morning to NuMed Urbana and visited them for the first time this afternoon - I'm so happy I did! Amazingly kind and helpful customer service, they made me feel so welcomed and right at home! I didn't have to wait even for a minute, they got me in so fast. Numed was awesome! I went there to purchase rec products early on the 1st of 2020. The entire experience was welcoming and friendly. The staff and everyone working there was fun and excited, they seemed genuine and pleased to have me there. There were donuts and coffee for the early arrivers, super cool. People were knowledgeable and willing to provide help and give recommendations. I'll totally go back to Numed as I am an Urbana Resident. Happy New Year!read more

Urbana Numed has not had any flower for many days. I am out of medicine. Legalization starts tomorrow and I bet you all will have plenty. I am not happy with N umed. If I need to go elsewhere I will. I love going in talking with the staff about suggestions of what might work best for me. I tell anyone of them about what has been bothering me and their response is very quick. For example, my back has been hurting me. It was suggested to me to try the lotion and rub it in the area where the pain is. Bingo! I tried it and it worked. Another example is, I suffer from fatigue, being exhausted and restless. It was suggested to me to try two different strands. One in the morning and one at night. I followed their directions and it actually worked. Oh I almost forgot after my treatments I felt nauseated. I tried the oil and it worked. The staff are like real doctors!My suggestion is to talk to them and tell them about what's going on with you. They all are very knowledgeable what could work best for you. Hat's off to all the staff! One more big plus about them they are handicap friendly. I am not able to walk due to my disability and they come to the car and pick me up, push me the whole time that I'm in there and take me back to the car with a smile.That means a lot to me! My gratitude for making me feel important can not be more

Used to be a nice place...every since new management came in place is all about profit.... No loyalty programs, no specials..manager seems to only order medicine that helps her needs...made switch to Phoenix botanical and I must say its a lot betterread more
