The product & the staff were in incredible.This was my very first experience in a cannibus store so I walked in kinda... unsure what to do & a really nice but most important a Knowledgeable woman told me every thing I needed to know & more, she walked me through every single step & she gave me some ensightful tips for my next trip.The only let down, if it even was one, was that the shop didn't have the appearance I thought it would. I thought there would be neon hemp leaf lights & displays from every brand & racks with row after row of product - kinda like at the grocery store.It was not.There were a few things on display on a couple shelves, & a few items by each cashier & a rack with apparel (shirts, hats, etc)And that was itI'm just guessing but I'd say that maybe 1% of what they have in stock to sell is on display, the other 99% you never see until your confirming your purchase.But the products I got were very very high quality.I will for certain be returning there to purchase again sometime within the next week.Very happy with what I received considering what I paid.Can't think of enough ways to describe how good my shopping experience was there.Wish it wasn't such a long boring drive but it was more than worth it.read more

RISE just took over and it is already looking so much better! It took a little bit for the supply to catch up, but as... a medical patient who occasionally needs to purchase in Charleston… this store is getting better and better every day. Always the friendliest service! I witnessed a kind customer pick up a 20 dollar bill after noticing the customer before... her had dropped it. She gave it to the rise employee who, without hesitation, made the choice to go above and beyond and call the previous customer to let her know she'd dropped her cash. Nice shop and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they don’t accept debit... card. There are two ATMs inside but the fee is a bit up there. Other than that I’ve been very happy going here.read more

Denied access to me with my service animal, and do not know the state ada laws for service dogs. So animal unfriendly... place and discriminate toward the disabled.state law? The Budtenders in Effingham, IL told me a couple weeks ago they(RISE) had Bought out the Zen Leaf store in Charleston,... IL. And it's 30 miles Closer for me. BUT being so "New" they weren't able to Add some of my accumulated points to my purchase..They Also need to get the Matter Brand Smoke $10@grm (7grm Bags for $70) or some of the Rythmn $40 quartet oz's..I'm a Veteran and 20% OFF helps me Out A Lot. Selection and value of edibles tanked since switching from Zenleaf to RISE. Cannabis has been legal in IL for two years... and prices are still through the roof. If there was another close dispensary I'd be going there.read more
