I'm always willing to give customer service staff the benefit of the doubt, customer service isn't easy, but you can't... just talk about a customer's order like "she" this or "she" that as if I'm not there. Talk to me! Tell me what is going on with my order!My order was supposed to be curbside. I parked, checked in online via the link emailed to me, waited 15 min, no one came out. So I called, I was met with hostility. They told me someone would be right out. Waited another 15 min, still no one. In the meantime I see other customers exit and staff chatting outside with them.Finally decided to just go inside. We got buzzed inside and my ID was handed off from the security desk staff to another staff as I was directed to the counter. I was asked for my ID 3x by the same staff member behind the counter even tho I told her the other staff member had it. My IDs were handed off to so many people, I was starting to get worried I wouldn't get them back.Finally got my order in front of us and I'm over allotment, that's fine, take x out. Then, after they already took my money, they said I'm over allotment still. But don't worry they'll give me cash for the item I had to take out... Pretty sure they only gave me that amount back (for the item taken out) not the change from the original transaction. We weren't given all receipts.read more

Preordered with my medical card and I get there an hour after they open and they tell me it's gone. Then I wait 20... minutes for the manager to come out back and give me attitude snapping your fingers at me. The manager's customer service skills are 0 They told me it's just like anywhere else when you order and it runs out 1st come 1st serve you're served but this was with a medical card so it is medicine not recreational.read more

You can order online for pick up or order in the... store at the tablet (recreational HAS to order this way) or at the desk (medical can order this way). Very good product as well. Will conspire to conceal deals from you while striving to keep you out of the loop. They will treat you with contempt... while they exhibit click type behavior and have been caught on audio record violating personally information guidelines illegally. The manager is directly involved. They continuously abuse the video surveillance system and use directed deceitful tactics to upset customers while looking seemingly innocent of provocation on camera. I’m writing this review due to a rude security guard by the name of John I’m a newer medical patient and have never... been to the curbside pick up for this location and there are two lanes in the back of the store so I pulled In to the closest lane by the building no one was outside to direct me I began to call the store to have a team member come outside but before I could connect to the store I saw someone was coming out so I hung up the phone and rolled my window down expecting to be greeted kindly John seemed to come out with an attitude and barking orders for me to back up and move to the outter lane which was no issue to me but there was no reason to treat a patient just coming to pick up there order so rudely it's as simple as coming out of the store and saying hi welcome to rise dispensary and then kindly asking could you please move over to our other lane for pick up orders but instead I wasn't even greeted kindly with a hello I rolled the window down and was being barked orders with an attitude. All in all the staff who actually are part of rise are kind and friendly and are great but they need to hire a better security guard with manners toward patients and non patients hopefully they can send him for extra training on customer interactions almost a month now with no response to this when other reviews are respondedread more

Medical Patients- don't be fooled by their 1 day a week 15% discount for disabled patients- there are other... dispensaries offer a 15% disability discount EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK.-Double check your order for curb side pick ups, they dont allows put the correct product in your bag and you're then stuck with it.Rise dispensaries have provided the absolute worst customer experience as far as customer service, when they make mistakes they have no motivation to fix their errors.Those are just comments from my personal experience and ones I've been told of first hand support those statements as well.read more

Very satisfied with my first experience at this particular Rise store. I pre-ordered and was a bit put off at first by... the length of the line upon pulling up. But I then realized they were doing cars in batches of 4. Horrible experience with the dispensary today purchasing concentrate. Upon opening the "live sugur" wasn't live sigur... at all, it was smeared all on the cap and edges and only managed to save a .4 out of 1 gram .....so I called to see if there's anything they can do. Great dispensary. Hours are good as well as location (right off I-80). Huge selection of edibles and concentrates.... Prices are on par, if not slightly better, than others in the area. Curbside pickup for medical is awesome. I really appreciate the point system and the occasional sampler of something new. Never went inside till last week and it didn’t disappoint. Plenty of information posted everywhere, product brochures as well as an ATM. Many Pax Pods are available and usually in stock. If you’re a Pax lover like myself, you know how difficult it is to find them locally. Ordering online is ridiculously easy. Bottom line is that if you like easy ordering, curbside service and an awesome staff, then you should really consider this dispensary when in Joliet.*Also note, I’m reviewing from a medical users perspective.read more

I need to address the negative comments that I've been reading on here. I've been a patient of 3C for 6-7 months now.... This location is more for medical patients, as it was originally a medicinal dispensary, which explains the size of the location. If you are looking to buy recreational, visit their sister store, "Rise" on Colorado Ave by the Joliet mall, it is a much larger location. 3C's online menu is for medical patients ONLY at this time. As for the taxes and overall prices, that is not 3C or any dispensaries fault, that's all on the state of Illinois. The budtenders at 3C are VERY good at what they do. They enjoy actually helping those customers with medical ailments and have no problems with answering questions and helping patients, new or old. 3C is the only place for me!read more

First off, this is mostly the medical dispensary. They have the medical patients to tend to first. They still welcome... all recreational adults.. but If you want full recreational use, go to the sister store towards the mall. They still offer other forms of recreational use products at this store, but for flower if you’re not a medical patient you have to go to the other store. No need to bash any staff here, they’re all great from the months I’ve been coming here. ***this is more of a medical center. If you’re looking for recreational, go to their sister store Rise near the Louis... Joliet mall. Line wasn’t too bad. Everyone who worked there was incredibly polite. I worked with Jessica, who was so passionate about her job and helping me find what I was looking for. Looking forward to more high quality topicals as the year progresses.read more

Im from out west and as a patient i find it alarming that i have to wait inline with the regular customers and there is... no one to anser the phone. Priority should always go to the patients... Mot the recreational users.read more

By far the worst dispensary visit experience ever. A total of four cold hours of waiting to walk out without anything.... Very few selections they didn’t let you see smell or even a picture of your product of choice. No explanation what’s so ever about your product which is very important for us stoners. And last but not least only sold 1/8 which I didn’t have enough money for, it was almost 100 bucks. I guess the staff wasn’t compassionate enough to let the huge crowd know. Bring some Coloradans out here and show them how it’s done.read more

The best thing to happen . When they named Compassionate Care, they totally nailed it. The pain I’ve dealt with for... over 20 years is all but disappeared. It’s now being managed in a much safer manner. The instructions I received with follow a up care call is what I’d love to see for anyone that has pain and suffers from chronic illnesses.
