Safety and Quality Assurance Manager – Revolution Global – Delavan, IL

The Safety and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementation of workplace safety (through process and live on-site training), enforcement of operational compliance, and creation of risk management policies. Specifically, this position will play a key role in upgrading Revolution’s safety and health program, developing and implementing Revolution’s quality control and assurance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role also includes development and implementation of a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, product quality tracking systems, ingredient management programs, allergen and sanitization management programs, product safety practices, internal and external audits, etc. The individual will also ensure compliance with all Revolution Corporate operating procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, local rules.
