I would give it a 5 but you're apparently not allowed to carry a 2yr old in with you for a quick pick-up or you get treated like a criminal. If you're a single parent, don't go bc it's a waste of gas. I wish they at least offered curbside pickup or stated on their website that we can't carry our kids in so we don't waste our time. I also wish they stated on their website how much someone out of state can purchase instead of telling them when they're already at the establishment.

Max was amazingly helpful. He made my first visit to a dispensary comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the products. The group that I went with were just as impressed. The environment is very calm and professional. Would 100% make the drive again!

Been a regular since opening. Started with vapes recently and got two no where near full. Reported it and got a credit for only 1 and the other nothing. Sent receipts and pics and still nothing. I thought customers mattered but apparently not here. Do not shop you’ll regret it as I have. Not just headspace as they claimed joke

Sometimes I don’t know what I want, and I give them my budget and a basic description of what I want to feel. The salespeople have excellent customer service skills and great product knowledge! I prefer this dispensary over the sunny side. I want recommendations and advice when I shop.

Prices shown online already include the taxes, which is really nice considering that element can sometimes get complicated purchasing these items online in IL — not the case here, super easy ordering process!!
