Thrive Dispensary is the closest store of this kind to me. Four hour drive there. You would think it would not be enjoyable however my wife and I have a blast on the drive, maybe not quiet as fun on the way back but 4-5 hours driving will do that. Now on to the store. Clean store friendly people I am new at this kinda store. This means you do not get to see the products before you buy. You can see displayed items such as vap pins, pipes, water pipes, etcetera, but no bud pics. I heard it has to do with the Illinois laws. I didn't ask the company.You can earn points towards future purchases. Lots of parking edge of town location. What I purchased was very good and cured properly. The weight was accurate. Check them out they serve medical and recreational.The store looks like a new building. Security on site. Great guy, very friendly he kept my little dog company while we shopped.

I had no issues for the first year I started coming here. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the last 2 times I’ve been in, I’ve had order issues due to staff incorrectly fulfilling my order. Luckily, the first one was caught before I left the store and immediately rectified, however, this second one was not. Dude played it off like the gave me the right stuff, and I didn’t notice it til I got home. Filled out their help form, hopefully it’ll get fixed.

I've been going there since it opened. Love the people there but the prices and low selection have caused me to go to Consume. Prices are better and they offer a 15% discount for the disabled (me) compared to 10% at Thrive. Thrive is only a mile from me but I have to drive to Marion to get the medicine needed. Consume is more consistent with their products. Thrive is hit and miss.

I hate that our governor put a 30% tax on recreational using products, but I can't change it. I'm glad Thrive is so close. It's just a 30-minute drive for me.

Unfortunately the first few times i had been in the dispo didn't go very well. Recently it has been a little better, but the dispensary it self, and staff are pretty good. The buy limit for out of state is pretty ridiculous though you cant even buy an oz of flower or an eighth of wax wich they advertise on the site. I know they cant control it so it isnt their fault. That and the taxes are through the roof. Like why is there a tax at all on ANY thc limit???? Illinois has the worst recreational marijuana program in the country.

Their prices are so high it’s just not worth it. On top of the ridiculous prices the state of Illinois has a placed a 25% tax on any products containing >35% THC content. I would rather quit smoking than give them a penny. Shame on you all.

You are not shown what you buying at any point before purchase, other than photos on a tablet. We are very disappointed in the quality of our purchase and the prices are really high for what you receive. The shake is as fine cut as a ground powder seasoning, isn’t really usable, and cost 65.00 before tax with a no return or exchange policy. Will not be returning and super disappointed.

Thrive is a medical dispensary that provides CBD and THC products for adults. It is the closest option for Southern Indiana residents who cannot afford to move to a state where it is legal. They have decent options but high prices. It's worth the cost though. Try it.

They told me they don't weight it separately from their distributors and I have got shorted twice.I was buying quarter ounces from Thrive pretty frequently. Then I decided to buy two half ounces and they were both actually quarters! They had the same amount of product that I had been getting when buying quarters. The first thing my partner said when she saw it is that I got ripped off. I am a former medical patient from MI and have been purchasing legally for almost ten years.I don't have a scale and don't live near the store. They said they would only credit me back if I took a video of myself weighing it, which doesn't really make sense because I could easily just take some out for the video, but that's not what I'm trying to do. Every other product I've bought from there is pretty much what you would expect.

You guys are greedy.In case anyone isn't aware, the street price for an eighth of quality flower is $50. At these prices I assume you are taking advantage of people with no connections, and therefore have no other options. No one else in their right mind would pay $80 an eighth (including the ridiculous state tax). They would have to be very desperate. If you are this desperate, find an online seed bank and order some seeds. Everything you need to know to grow your own is online.

Complete rip off. They have a clause at the bottom of their site that says they do not include taxes in their advertised prices but their prices are the same as everyone else around. Let me put it in perspective for you. Bought the advertised $90 cartridge from another dispensary and was charged $90 tax included with advertised price. Bought a $90 cartridge from thrive and paid $110 because they do not include the taxes in their advertised price. Think I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the next dispensary before giving them my money again. My wife asked the staff how they kept customers this way and they said people dont pay attention and the clientele keeps them open. This is true but you are admitting to knowing that you are ripping off people for the same product everyone else sells? Shameful business practices. Not to mention went up there during normal operating hours and they were closed. That's how we found the other dispensary. Apparently they told no one because the other dispensary had been getting their business and complaints about Thrive all day. Do your shopping around. There are better places that will treat you right and not rip you off._

Please do yourself a favor and take the drive and go inside the dispensary. Its beautiful, inviting, educational and a wonderful experience I'll never forget. We stayed overnight. If they don't have what you're looking for on the rec menu, they may offer the flower of the day at the register, so take a little extra, they'll help you maximize you allowed allotment. When I got here their were 14 people ahead of me. Luckily it moved fast and the entire process took 30 mins total (roughly). The prices are lower than Marion. They also had flower when I got there - something they don't advertise on their website. They don't always have flower unless you are medical, but it seems at times they do. White Chocolate bars rock. The vape pens are pretty decent and I actually prefer them a lot of the time. Flower is of great quality. What you would expect from a dispensary. I recommend to give them a shot. Just remember you may wait in line for 30 mins or 3 hours, just depends on the time and the day.

I really like the staff at Thrive. Despite IL not being ready for recreational marijuana use, every staff member done their best to explain the laws and questions about product. Thrive treats its medical customers great, they go beyond what have to do, to make sure medical people get everything they need, including helping with paperwork, pointing you to physicians that sign State paperwork for medical marijuana card. I would recommend both rec and medical marijuana consumers to check Thrive out and see if it fits your wants and needs for your legal marijuana purchases.
