A little slow and they don't tell you that becoming a member is free and saves you cash even on your 1st visit. The bud... (flower) is very potent. First time going to a dispensary so I was honestly just amazed that you can legally buy from here. The staff were... really helpful and extremely knowledgeable about strains and laws in the area so I didn't get into trouble having too much. They helped me get what would help me with back pain and sleep. I just hope the rest of the country wakes up to this as not only a alternative medicine but also a great tax generator.read more

Really nice dispensary with a large selection. I'd consider this the fast food of dispensaries, and I totally... understand why they're like this. They're the closest dispensary to a lot of other states, so they don't really need to cater to connoisseurs. There is really no point in trying to order in the store because you can't smell or really touch any of the products. I'd suggest ordering before you get there.read more

Such an amazing place to visit! The smell when you first walk in is so amazing and unforgettable! Great staff who... will help you with any need. Definitely sign up for the member card which is free to skip long lines outside. Once inside I've never waited more than five minutes for my order.read more

My 1st time visiting a Dispensary in IL. I was quite impressed! It's clean, really nice decor, & busy! We went mid-week... and ordered ahead but still had abt a 30 min wait. Yea. It's really not that bad of a wait at ALL, especially considering how busy it was. They're organized and on top of things! Will definitely revisit next time I'm in the area!read more

Super great dispensary!Usually packed on Fri/Sat so you might have to wait a couple minutes to get in, but not long.... I try to get in and out quickly every time I go to keep it moving.They've got a solid group working there that are great. A+ on any medicinal product I've purchased there.read more

Great store! Get there 25-30 minutes early if going on the weekend especially if you have never been like me. They have... a rewards line and a regular line. Of course Rewards members go in faster than normal. Great selection and nice people. If you plan on going back the rewards definitely seem to be beneficial and with that you can also pay with card instead of cash.read more

A little confusing in their layout... No one explains the procedure and you just sorta stand there looking lost, I... finally grabbed someone and had to get instructions...Large wide open layout, nice selection of various devices for the enjoyment of cannabis. Prices are absolutely ridiculous, but considering where we are the product is good(I spent the last 2 years in Denver, got used to top shelf Oz's for $200). It's just nice to have a legal point of access.read more

Yay! Finally able to legally buy edibles and other things. They have a very well run business, and it's very organized.... It's best to order online then choose a time slot you want to pick it up. You wait inside until they call your name then proceed to the checkout. If you don't order before you go, they have multiple computer stations so you can order when you walk in. Then you wait for your name to be called. Definitely visit if you want good quality.read more

Would be 4 stars but the prices are pretty high, constantly out of stock, and if there is a line you might be waiting... 2hours.That being said they are still relatively new so I expect prices and other stuff to change with time.If they offered special deals (ex. Like Wax Wednesdays, Flower Friday, etc, etc) it'd be 5 stars, but as far as I can tell the "rewards" are just a very small discount on your next purchase, based off how much you spent on your last purchase(I spent about $90 and got something like $2 off the next purchase).Which don't get me wrong, is great but... Something like spend $50 and get a free pre-roll, or something to redeem the points for, would be significantly better in my opinion.read more

It’s a lot better than having to drive an hour to Anna... when we live out here!But, the reason why I only gave my experience a “3 Star” Rating was? I placed my order online at 12:00 noon. It would only allow me to select 12:30 to 13:00 for pickup, which I wanted to pick up between 12-1230.. No biggie. So I placed my online order & I got a text saying my order was ready at 12:15, but to arrive at the time I specified? I think this is where the breakdown is; because when I receive a text saying my order is ready? I’m expecting it to be in a brown paper bag without the staple, sitting on a counter, waiting for me to show up, but that’s not the case. I got there at 12:35, & I didn’t get called until 12:55 because they didn’t fill my order until you actually show up to the shop and check in at the front desk. Plus they are also filling any walk ins that got there before you. So technically, your order isn’t ready when they send you that text. I understand their reasoning why, but it’s kinda misleading.I waited that whole time just to find out that they don’t accept cards unless you’re a rewards member. I also found out that they don’t honor their military discount program anymore, not at this store at least. At Anna, they used to give all us Veterans 10% off all of our purchases.But I watched as people who had just walked in, placed an order & were being served before those who placed online orders. So word of advice to those future shoppers? Just walk in, select what you want from the tablets they provide, & wait. You’ll get your order quicker that way until they iron out all the “bugs” in their system for online purchases.It’s still amazing to have legal cannabis available anywhere! So thanks to all those who made this experience possible, and for doing your best to bring us all legal access to fine cannabis across the state. If you Get those “Bugs” worked out with the online ordering? I can then give you the 5 Star Rating that this store deserves, please.read more
