When they first opened they were a bit slow and unorganized, but since they have been open a while now, they have gotten much better! All right registers were open when my husband went inside and the line moved quickly. Overall, it took around 15 minutes for him to go inside and pick up his online order. Previously, he would make an online order and go inside to pick it up and it would still take an hour or more wait time before he got his order. They're getting it figured out now I believe and it seems to be a great spot! Especially considering, we typically have to drive two extra hours to Anna, IL Thrive store otherwise. Really nice to have a closer option that has their stuff straight now. Really impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend!read more

Love this dispensary! Officer/security lady at the front door I just love her! Sweetest and funniest! She always makes sure everyone is having a great experience every time! Love these ladies and gents their all so friendly an so nice! I choose the metropolis thrive over all of em!read more

Would be 4 stars but the prices are pretty high, constantly out of stock, and if there is a line you might be waiting 2hours.That being said they are still relatively new so I expect prices and other stuff to change with time.If they offered special deals (ex. Like Wax Wednesdays, Flower Friday, etc, etc) it'd be 5 stars, but as far as I can tell the "rewards" are just a very small discount on your next purchase, based off how much you spent on your last purchase(I spent about $90 and got something like $2 off the next purchase).Which don't get me wrong, is great but... Something like spend $50 and get a free pre-roll, or something to redeem the points for, would be significantly better in my more

The store is absolutely beautiful, great job on the remodel!! It’s a lot better than having to drive an hour to Anna when we live out here!But, the reason why I only gave my experience a “3 Star” Rating was? I placed my order online at 12:00 noon. It would only allow me to select 12:30 to 13:00 for pickup, which I wanted to pick up between 12-1230.. No biggie. So I placed my online order & I got a text saying my order was ready at 12:15, but to arrive at the time I specified? I think this is where the breakdown is; because when I receive a text saying my order is ready? I’m expecting it to be in a brown paper bag without the staple, sitting on a counter, waiting for me to show up, but that’s not the case. I got there at 12:35, & I didn’t get called until 12:55 because they didn’t fill my order until you actually show up to the shop and check in at the front desk. Plus they are also filling any walk ins that got there before you. So technically, your order isn’t ready when they send you that text. I understand their reasoning why, but it’s kinda misleading.I waited that whole time just to find out that they don’t accept cards unless you’re a rewards member. I also found out that they don’t honor their military discount program anymore, not at this store at least. At Anna, they used to give all us Veterans 10% off all of our purchases.But I watched as people who had just walked in, placed an order & were being served before those who placed online orders. So word of advice to those future shoppers? Just walk in, select what you want from the tablets they provide, & wait. You’ll get your order quicker that way until they iron out all the “bugs” in their system for online purchases.It’s still amazing to have legal cannabis available anywhere! So thanks to all those who made this experience possible, and for doing your best to bring us all legal access to fine cannabis across the state. If you Get those “Bugs” worked out with the online ordering? I can then give you the 5 Star Rating that this store deserves, more

Solid, polished experience. Kevin was the attendant that checked me out. Love how be explained the exciting things going on or coming soon. I highly recommend you place your order BEFORE arriving.The lines may be long especially if you choose to go on the weekends. Its worth it though!read more
