They have a good system in place, the online ordering is nice to do ahead of time but if you don't they help you out finding what you want or helping you browse to figure it out.read more

I can't imagine how many customers have been lost for not pricing things with tax. I go in and take out $100 for an $85... item and still can't pay for it. UPDATE 6 months later.... The flower tax is about 28.5% added onto the price. I do think the process for ordering has changed since my initial review. Now they give you an estimate when you order something. I still don't understand how it isn't 100% accurate until you get to a register. Whatever math the register uses needs to be put into website. Concentrates I've heard can be more than the estimate you see when ordering so beware and grab extra cash. Usually fast and not much wait.read more

As I have found with other Verilife locations the Budtenders are always polite, educated and happy to help. No need to... feel rushed, they are there to help you whether you be and experienced user or first time buyer. You can also download the app and order online. GREAT people, TERRIBLE line system. Been to a few different IL dispensaries (including other Verilifes) and am not a... fan of how they line people up in the cash room.Instead of queuing up in the inside room (like you do in the lobby to check ID, or at MOST OTHER DISPENSARIES) they just place you into whatever looks like the shortest line. You could get lucky and be in and out - or you could be like me, and watch 3 or 4 people come in after and leave before you - every. single. time.It can be very frustrating if you were just trying to run in and out.read more

Hello I'm a regular customer who sepnds about 300 every visit and This time I came in to buy vape cartridges the brand... of "matter" I got 2 black diamonds 1/2 grams carts and I am very disappointed. the oil was half way filed up. its already so much money for the carts. I would expected them to be filled up. I understand if there's a little bubble from the filling of the carts. The company should be filling the products up right.read more

I'm not very happy! I've been shopping with Verilife for convenience since the dispensary opened in Galena Illinois.... After today I don't think I'll be shopping with them anymore! I'll just have a friend of mine pick me up what I want from a different dispensary/company and will just have to plan ahead a little bit more.I accidentally left my driver's license in my friend's car. I thought I'd check to see they accepted other forms of ID and according to the verilife website they do.Quote from the Verilife website:"RecreationalYou must have a valid photo ID. This can include a driver's license, passport, military ID, or ID card showing that one is over the age of 21. No temporary ID's will be accepted."However Andy, the manager at the Galena Illinois dispensary, refused to accept my valid Illinois FOID card that contains a very clear picture of myself and proves I'm over 21. This is a valid state issued ID card. It's not a temporary ID! in other words it was the plastic official card and not some temporary piece of paper. When I asked Andy why he wouldn't accept it he just kept repeating that he won't accept it. At one point he did let it slip out that he would only accept a driver's license. I asked him point blank if he is refusing to tell me why and he said yes! I'm pretty sure there's video footage of the interaction and I really hope it's reviewed but since I'm unlikely to hear back from their life even though I reported it to them it probably won't be!I was refused service even though I meet all the criteria shown on their website.This really is unacceptable! Don't your managers get any training!?Update: 12/13Now I'm going to ask if the general managers get any training?!I received a call from Becky who was honestly polite and nice at first. When I didn't accept her explanation of blaming the State of Illinois for the problem she started getting rude and condescending.I certainly hope if someone else contacts me it's someone with more knowledge and civility than her.read more

I feel the whole experience was very uncomfortable from the minute you walk in. You place an order with a person with... an iPad. He then sends you to a cashier and someone gets your products. I only bought 2 candy bars and two cans of coffee beans which totaled $200.00. The products were definitely not as good as I have gotten in Colorado. Won’t be back.read more

Great quality products. Thc seems a little low in some products, shouldn't matter unless you have a high tolerance.... Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the prices are outrageous but you can't fully blame them the tax is a B word. Purchase shake and popcorn for a better deal. Very nice place, fast, and friendly staff. I've placed orders a couple minutes before arriving. Was able the walk right... in, no lines! Verilife had my order all ready and waiting for me! Great good Verilife!!! A little small. Doesn't seem like much space for possible in store shopping after covid. Also I think the web page for ordering could use a little work. Just needs to be more user-friendly. Also to be able to keep items in your shopping cart longer. If fixed will give five stars. Hopefully prices and tax will lower soon. Tax on THC shouldn't been anymore then tobacco or alcohol. Otherwise no complaints can't wait to visit Verilife again soon!!!read more

Great online order system! Super easy to find and park. Security out front was very friendly. Dude at the door checked... I.d. and explained everything while giving a few tips for next time. The ladies inside were quick with my order and super knowledgeable about the products. They even helped me find an after smoke breakfast spot lol.
