I got a defective product they were helpful about how to get it resolved but to actually resolve the matter they... haven’t yet. And you have 14 days to get a refund on you product… I think they are gonna wait that long before they tell you that they can’t help you. Still waiting on my email to get my points back for a burnt coil on a cartridge.read more

Brought my mom here to get medicinal thc products. I traveled all the way from Texas to help her out after a horrible... experience with a competitor in another town. They treated her like a queen, very respectful and helpful. They didn't laugh at her questions or try to make her feel dumb. Something your competitors should learn desperately. I've been to a few dispensaries in Illinois and this is by far my favorite. Friendly staff, large selection, and if... you catch then at the right time they.. they have wonderful specials. The loyalty points are nice as well. Go there enough and you pretty much get free weed.read more

I'm used to having to go to NTI in Milan as it is the closest facility to me in any direction.Quality control is... roughly the same at both facilities but this isn't a comparison review. I happened to see this place on a quick Google search on my way back home on a nearly 3 hour drive.This had to be one of the quickest, and easiest experiences I've ever had at a dispensary. the staff was great and the store was clean. I did an online order and it said my total to bring was $270. when I got... there I was charged and additional $91.80 in taxes. I get taxes are not there problem, but this is the only dispensary in Illinois I've been to yet that does not include tax in the price you see listed. the big issue was I did an online order and was only told to bring the non taxed amount... the website said my total was one number then the check out person added the tax at the very end (surprise). felt deceptive. the staff was great and overall if there wasn't this issue my rating would have changed drastically.read more

It is a really clean store. I like how security is outside and takes care of getting your ID before entering the... building. The Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. The process is fast and easy to work with. I use CanPay and that was a new and pretty simple experience. Great for the many times that I don't have cash on me.
