At first, I was ecstatic. They have good prices, a good variety, the whole 9 yards. BUT they shorted me 3.2 grams.I live 2 hours away, and went while I was on vacation. So, I'm not gonna go out of my way to get that fixed, but I'm highly disappointed. Never did I think I would deal w this at a dispensary. Take a scale w you.

They have a nice tablet based system I've never seen before; it is fast and efficient. The system allows you to get in and out faster. They have a wide selection of products. Just like every dispensary I've been to, you can't expect Zen to have every product that you like and have gotten attached to, the same products are just not there all the time and may never be back or at the same price point.They give you a small Zen paper bag for all your goodies, customers typically throw the bag at the nearest trash can outside the dispensary. This is not good for the environment. I am sure it's some law that all your purchases must be in bag. Zen can you find a way to fix this? I have 2 bags now, I forgot my old usable bag was at home (temporary hotel room home).Update September 2023: I made a purchase at a dispensary in California and the bud tender refused to let me use a bag I already had upon arriving, they insisted I take my purchase in their store branded bag. Oh well, I tried to reduce waste and I failed.

I’ve always had a great experience with Zen Leaf and this location in particular. Staff is so friendly and cares about your customer experience. I’ve been fortunate to be helped by Krysta several times at the counter and she is an absolute sweetheart. She is very informative and always mentions how many rewards points I have, and lets me know how many points I’m receiving from each purchase. Pot with a smile. What more can I say. Super friendly staff. Very helpful if you are a novice like me. Normally straight forward I'd and walk in to the ordering area but Fridays seems to have people asked to wait outside as their waiting room where they check IDs is very limited in space to maybe 4-6 people anything more expect wait outside until someone else exits. The actual sales floor is quite spacious albeit with bank style cordoned waiting lines and has ATMs too. Plenty of informative menus on the wall behind the ordering counter on the opposite wall behind the waiting lines are hanging glass cabinets with sample displays. Avoid the wait; online orders don't wait at the door.

Budtender was super nice and helpful. I forgot it was cash only and I only had a small amount of cash on me. She helped me stay within my budget and even offered some quarters from her tip jar to cover the change. Disposable cart hits hard and has great flavor. A+ experience.

Finally was able to go to Zen Leaf West Loop and I loved it. From the start, it was such a smooth experience. For some reason, my online order got lost but the staff person (I think it was Jacob P?) who helped me was so so patient. I felt embarrassed that I might be in the wrong line or taking too long, but i never felt rushed. Plus, getting a recommendation on flavors was great. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently visited from out of town and everyone was so friendly! From the check in staff to the person who led us in and recommended the kiosk. Every single one of you were AMAZING humans. I got helped by a guy with long curly hair and a nose ring with a beautiful personality I wish I would have caught his name!! Thank you for complimenting my glasses it made my day very sweet! He recommended some great stuff and we talked about swisher/Dutch’s preferences haha so if you’re reading this HI YOU WERE GREAT. The products were great and I love the atmosphere! 11/10 stars

When I contacted them about a refund, they only offered me $25 (remember that I paid $120 for two carts of equal price, which anyone would consider $60 each), citing that they chose to apply ALL of the savings for the two for $120 deal arbitrarily to the cart that did not work, thus meaning that my receipt showed that I paid almost nothing for the broken cart that needs to be refunded and full price for the one that worked. How convenient for them. If I were to just accept the $25, it would mean that I would be able to pay less than one third the price of a new cart of the same type I purchased that did not work. This place sold me a broken cart, played with the accounting to offer me less than half of what I paid for it as a refund, and now expects me to be happy with being almost one third of the way to a new one with their refund, while still being on the hook for the taxes I paid on the broken cart they sold me. I have given them numerous opportunities to remedy this situation, but they have rejected me at every turn.Update: Even after they replied and pretended to care about my issue after leaving this review, I have still not gotten my money back. They even had the $25 offer they made to me expire.

The entire staff was so nice! I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but Ian really helped me out! He helped me find some great strains that delivered exactly the experience I wanted, but still fit into my budget. Beyond that, he knew a lot about the product and was able to answer a lot of my questions I had about some of the things I'd never tried before. I come here often as it’s one of the closest in my neighborhood. I love the vibe and the staff. In particular Ian. He was super cool and knowledgeable. It’s fun to talk shop with someone taking away the stigma around visiting a dispensary, and Ian completely made the experience one to remember. However, I highly recommend Ian D. for his willingness to assist me, even going above & beyond to show quality products that specializes with my needs. Avoid this place.They were too worried about making a sale to inform me that all the sales are considered recreational.I handed the greeter my Medical Cannabis ID.I didn’t realize that I had paid 30% tax until I got home.I regret tipping.EDIT: I am not sure why I would email your corporate office. When I called the day after the purchase, the man on the phone said that he was sorry that happened. There was no resolution. He reflected that it is upsetting to not have been told that that location was only for recreational purchases. He provided no explanation why I wouldn’t have been told so when I PRESENTED MY MEDICAL CANNABIS CARD!He was nice enough to provide me with the location of a ZenLeaf medical dispensary. He also told me that he would (because I requested it) alert his supervisors to what happened so that others would not be duped.I even presented my Medical Cannabis Card to the clerk filling the order.Any discussion of your policies can be and should be done publicly—not via email. That is called “transparency”. Something that was greatly lacking on your part during my transaction.

Great service and the easiest pre-order pick up, separate express line for pre-orders and the pick-up window is all-day instead of just an hour or two.

The only thing that I can say is that I hope there will be some form of refrigeration process for the live resin concentrates in the future as that is the industry standard around the country.

I purchased an item from this location and when I unpackaged it, the item was damaged and defective. I took the item back to the location and the security officer instructed me to send an email with my issue to the West Loop management, that unfortunately there was nothing they could do for me. I have sent emails to the provided email everyday for over a week and have not received a response. This location is poorly managed and apparently does not care about quality control or customer service. I would recommend looking into alternative locations in the area.

I hate writing these types of reviews but feel businesses need to better train their employees about professionalism. I'm noticing quite too often some of these workers don't have good customer service skills. It's very important to greet customers and make them want to come back. I don't like going to establishments that make me feel like I'm a hassle or not welcomed. I travel a lot to different dispensaries in my spare time. I also review my experiences on my social media blogs. I've never been to one that wasn't welcoming until today. I didn't get a chance to go past the young man sitting at the entrance. He was very dry and seemed as if he didn't want to deal with customers. He was not polite and seem like he hated his job. I would recommend this place get someone who wants to be at work and greet customers. I went to a dispenser about 10 minutes away and immediately felt welcomed. The lady welcomed us as soon as we entered their establishment. She smiled and spoke with such a pleasant tone. The dispensary is called Nature's CLoop. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. She made me feel like she appreciated me patronizing the business and I appreciated her kindness and willingness to recommend strands to me.I didn't see any of the products they offer and wouldn't patronize this establishment of The young man at the front desk wasn't welcoming I no longer patronize businesses that don't acknowledge or respect their customers.

I ordered a disposable pen from the store’s website and it was listed $35. Was a tourist from San Francisco, i thought the price listed online was the exact amount I had to pay so I cashed out $40 for the payment. But when I arrived at the store and checking out, the total amount is $49 after tax. So I was about to purchase a preroll instead but Adan was very understanding and he helped me find another disposable pen which costs $40 after tax.
