The store is clean & professional and the staff was amazing. They carry all the top brands, including the brands I shoot in Cali. Lanie was so kind and personable, a very sweet soul! They often have sales on products here, everything is priced similarly to other dispensaries, but they have waaaay more options here than elsewhere. The security staff are always friendly. Truly the only downside is parking since they share the lot with a handful of other businesses. But they’re so quick that spots open up frequently.

This place is great. My fiance and I have been using this place for six months. I have had nothing but great experiences. This most recent visit was no different. All of the bud tenders there that I have interacted with were some of the friendliest most knowledgeable people. So while I don't remember every one I have interacted with. I honestly have interacted with a different person each time. Those experiences have all been great. So in conclusion do yourself a favor and use this dispensary.

Because I was given a coupon rather than a partial credit/refund I was going to rate 4 stars, but because of Erin & Tori I'm giving them a 5 :)Old review: I like this location and everyone I've interacted with that works there. Unfortunately, I bought 14g of Nature's Grace flower and it ended up not even having 10g of product on the inside. That difference in advertised weight is way too much, expecially considering the price point.

Pretty basic dispensarie design. Nice and open with quite a few budtenders the only problem was the crazy high taxes!! I know it is nothing that zen leaf can do but coming from Michigan I was quite shocked!! Maybe run some specials too to help with the high taxes. 🤷

DO NOT GO HERE! As a resident in Lombard it's already hard enough trying to maneuver this parking lot they fail to organize. But I was riding with someone who apparently parked in the loading space, and was told to move. No big deal but then the GM DARRYL FLYNN was very rude so I asked for his name. From there he proceeded to yell and be an ahole about it. I found the keys and moved the car telling him he could handle it better and he ran up to my front window and yelled MOVE NOW MOVE NOW, I told him that I am but he needs to back up. He then ran inside. I called and told the company they said they'd handle but if theyre so stressed at work maybe he should quit. Terrible experience and will no longer be patronizing zen leaf in any way. I hope they shut this location down. Also noted that if I see this manager going off on someone like this again, the police will be involved. Totally unacceptable. It's the holidays we're all overwhelmed but managers know better.

New customer from out of town, but I have visited several other dispensaries. Zen Leaf - Lombard has an impressive inventory and competitive prices to that of other locations in the area. I had the pleasure of working with Derek on my visit but also spoke with Aidan. Both employees were very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions I had. One thing to know is that as of this time they are a CASH ONLY location. However they do provide ATM's on site with a reasonable $3.50 fee per transaction. Really no different than paying a convenience fee at the counter itself with a Debit card. Happy with my purchases and plan on returning.
